Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced carrots
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can undiluted tomato soup
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots to barely cooked; cool.
    Mix sliced onions, green pepper and carrots.
    Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Cool.
    Pour mixture over carrot mixture.
    Cover and marinate 12 hours.
    This dish can keep in refrigerator for 1 week.
