Icebox Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box vanilla wafers
1 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1 (16 oz.) box white raisins
5 c. chopped nuts
1 can condensed milk
Preparation

In a large bowl, crush the vanilla wafers.
Chop cherries and pineapple and add to the crushed wafers.
Add the raisins and chopped nuts.
Add condensed milk and mix well until moist.
Place into a tube cake pan or several small loaf pans.
Refrigerate several hours.
(Spray cake pans with cooking spray for easy removal.)
