Asian Chicken Cashew Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 T peanut oil
2 t salt and pepper
1 t paprika
1/4 t cayenne pepper
1 t thyme
1 t fresh garlic, chopped
1/4 c rice vinegar
1/4 c soy sauce, low sodium
1/4 c vegetable oil
2 t dry mustard
1/4 t ginger
Preparation

Combine the first six ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Add remaining ingredients just before serving over vegetable mix.
