Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chili meat
4 Tbsp. shortening
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. comino (powder or seed)
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
4 Tbsp. chili powder
1 large, chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. oatmeal
Preparation

Brown meat in shortening; set aside. Mix dry ingredients.
Mix meat and dry ingredients in a large pot.
Add next 4 ingredients. Cover with water; simmer 3 to 4 hours.
Add oats and cook until thick.
