Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. peach gelatin
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk
1 large carton nondairy topping
1/2 c. toasted nuts
Preparation

Heat in saucepan until dissolved the gelatin, sugar and pineapple.
Cool, then add buttermilk, nondairy topping and nuts. Blend thoroughly and pour into mold.
Chill.
