Turkey Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turkey gizzard
    turkey heart
    turkey neck
    turkey liver
    1 tsp. salt
    1 whole clove
    1 small bay leaf
    1 onion
    celery tops
    carrot
    3 Tbsp. fat
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    finely chopped giblets
    2 chopped, hard-cooked eggs (if desired)
Preparation
    Make turkey gravy this way:
    Place gizzard, heart and neck in saucepan and cover with water.
    Withhold the liver until near the end of the cooking, since it requires only 10 to 15 minutes.
