Country Sausage Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 pkg. au gratin potatoes
2 1/2 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 carrots, cut into 2-inch strips
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
Preparation

Stir and cook sausage and onion in oil until onions are tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in potatoes. sauce mix, water and pepper.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes longer.
Stir in carrots, simmer another 10 minutes.
Stir in broccoli.
Cover and cook until heated through well.
