Pecan Pie Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, oats, butter and brown sugar until crumbly.
Press into baking pan.
Bake 15 minutes.
