Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    4 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
    2 c. mild taco sauce
    1 pkg. flour tortilla
    2 cans corn
    1 c. sour cream
    1 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, onion and garlic.
    Simmer all but the last 5 ingredients for 10 minutes.
    Pour 1/2 cup taco sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Lay enough tortillas to cover sauce and then cover tortillas with 1/2 cup taco sauce.
    Add beef mixture and top with sour cream, corn and half of the cheese.
    Top with a layer of tortillas.
    Cover with remaining taco sauce and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. You can freeze this. Enjoy.
