Ingredients

2/3 c. margarine
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
4 c. milk
4 c. diced chicken
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked noodles
1/4 c. white wine
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation

In skillet, heat 6 tablespoons margarine over medium heat. Add mushrooms and celery.
Saute 5 minutes.
Strain and set aside, reserving juices.
