Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/4 tsp. oil
5 Winesap apples

Preparation

Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt together.
Beat eggs and sugar; add oil, flour and flavoring.
Stir in apples and nuts. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
