Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. mixed frozen vegetables (broccoli, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower)
1 can small whole onions
1 can mushroom soup
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Cook vegetables with butter and season to taste.
Drain onions and mushrooms.
Mix all vegetables, onions and mushrooms and place in casserole.
Spread soup (undiluted) over top.
Sprinkle cheese over soup.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and browned.
