Bananas Au Rum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bananas
    sugar
    butter (1/4 lb.)
    rum
Preparation
    Cut bananas in half, then slice lengthways.
    Melt butter in frying pan.
    When hot, add bananas.
    Brown on both sides.
    Add sugar while browning.
    Add rum and flambe (set on fire to burn off alcohol).
    Spoon over coffee ice cream.
