Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 or 5 lb.) chicken
    5 c. water
    1 bay leaf
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. chicken fat
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 garlic, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. spaghetti
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Simmer chicken in water with bay leaf.
    Salt and pepper.
    Cook until tender.
    Use 2 or 3 celery tips of plain.
    Pull meat off bone and dice in bite size pieces.
    (Save broth and skim off fat.)
    Put meat and fat in skillet and add chopped vegetables.
    Cook until tender.
