Chiles Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 long green chiles
    6 oz. favorite cheese
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. oil (vegetable)
Preparation
    Roast chiles and peel.
    Stuff chiles with cheese.
    Cut in long strips.
    Cover the stuffed chiles with flour.
    Mix the egg white until fluffy and add the yolk.
    Beat for 5 minutes.
    When mixture is ready, dip chiles in mixture and put in hot oil until brown. Turn to other side until brown.
