Stuffed Peppers For Two - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium-sized green peppers
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. uncooked instant rice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (with cheese)
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
dash of pepper
Preparation

Cut off top of green pepper; remove seeds.
Cook 5 minutes in boiling water to cover.
Drain and set aside.
Combine ground beef, rice, 1/4 cup tomato sauce and remaining ingredients.
Stuff peppers with mixture and place in a small baking pan.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over stuffed peppers.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until meat is done.
Recipe can be increased for more than two.
