Perfect Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 10-inch pie shell
    1 lb. bacon
    1 1/2 c. diced Swiss cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Line a 10-inch quiche dish or pie pan with pastry.
    Trim excess pastry around edges.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes.
    Remove from oven and gently prick with a fork.
    Bake 5 minutes longer.
    Let cool on rack.
    Fry bacon until crisp; drain.
    Crumble bacon and place in pastry shell.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.
    Pour over the cheese in pastry shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 65 minutes or until set.
