Mushrooms Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions.
    Drain well and squeeze out excess liquid.
    Spoon spinach evenly into bottom of shallow casserole.
    Sprinkle with salt, onions, margarine and 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
    Rinse and dry mushrooms and saute in skillet until tender.
    Spoon mushrooms over cheese layer in casserole.
    Sprinkle garlic powder over mushrooms and top with 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
