Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced peeled raw potatoes
    1 onion, peeled and sliced thinly (optional)
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. skimmed milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly oil casserole.
    Place a layer of potatoes; sprinkle flour, then layer of onion.
    Sprinkle each layer with flour.
    Alternate potatoes with onion.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Heat milk and margarine together and pour over potatoes.
    Cover casserole and bake 1 hour.
    Remove cover and bake 1/2 hour longer to brown.
