Chocolate Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. instant coffee powder
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
    3 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 oz. almond paste, crumbled
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    Chocolate Glaze
Preparation
    In
    medium bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
    In large mixer bowl,
    cream
    butter
    and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat
    in almond paste, egg yolks, melted chocolate and flour. Fold
    in beaten
    egg whites, just until blended.
    Spread in a greased
    and cocoa-dusted
    8-inch
    round cake pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0
    oven
    for 30
    minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes and turn out on rack.
    Center may sink a bit.
    When cool, glaze.
