Grand Marnier Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Grand Marnier
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Beat yolks with sugar in double boiler with electric mixer for 10 minutes (2 inches of water in pan).
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in 1/2 of the Grand Marnier.
    Cool and refrigerate until chilled. (Can do ahead.)
    Beat 1 cup heavy cream until almost stiff.
    Fold into other ingredients.
    Stir in balance of Grand Marnier.
    Serve with pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries or watermelon.
