Shrimp Louisianne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 large onion
    2 stalks celery
    2 lb. raw peeled shrimp
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 c. milk (usually add more)
    4 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    green onions (if you want)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet; saute vegetables.
    Add raw peeled shrimp and saute a little longer.
    Stir in flour, salt and chili powder.
    Add milk gradually and cook 5 minutes over low heat.
    Add catsup and parsley.
    Cook, covered, 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice with French bread or crackers.
