United States-Southwest Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 cans (15 1/2 oz. each) small red beans
    2 cans (6 oz. each) Hunt's tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown beef with onion, green pepper and garlic.
    Pour off fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
