Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe

6 c. tart apples, peeled and sliced
6 oz. sugarless frozen apple juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
water
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Place apples and undiluted, thawed apple juice in a large pan. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Dissolve the cornstarch in a small amount of water.
Stir this into the apples.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes or until the apples begin to soften and mixture thickens.
Add cinnamon.
Place in an unbaked pie shell; dot with margarine.
Cover with top crust.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
