Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
salt and pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
chopped celery
1 egg
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix ground beef, rice and seasonings together and form into meat balls.
Mix soups together and mix with meat balls.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until soups are thick and brown.
