Meat Ball Bitochki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 can beef broth
    dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix well, meat, bread, salt, seed, pepper, onion and 2 tablespoons sour cream.
    Form into balls; roll in bread crumbs.
