Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    Cheddar cheese to taste on top
Preparation
    Mix and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
