Pork Chop Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork chops
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    2 c. rice
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    around 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation
    Season and brown pork chops in a little cooking oil.
    Drain excess grease after pork chops are browned.
    Add Kitchen Bouquet, green onions and a little water.
    Boil around 10 to 15 minutes (hard boil), then add your rice, water and salt (stir).
    Put on low heat and cover.
    Cook around 30 minutes or until rice is done. Serves 4 to 5 people.
