Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. wild and white rice mix
    8 oz. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. spinach, shredded
    1/2 c. black olives, pitted
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions.
    Cook sausage and drain. Cook onion and celery until soft.
    Add rest of the ingredients, except pecans.
    Pour mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
