Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. dry noodles
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 c. cooked and boned chicken, chopped (3 lb. fryer)
Preparation
    Prepare noodles in chicken broth according to package.
    Saute first 5 ingredients, cooking until tender.
    Add layers of chicken, noodles and vegetables.
    Add broth if it looks dry.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Add cheese on top.
    Brown about 10 minutes. Serves 10 to 12 people.
