Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Southern style frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick melted oleo
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and place in 13 x 7 x 9-inch baking dish, greased with butter.
Top with cornflake crumbs.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
