Spicy Beef Pocket Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. each: chili sauce and water
    4 Tbsp. raisins
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    salt and pepper
    4 pita pockets
    8 cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 c. shredded lettuce
    1 c. shredded Jack cheese
Preparation
    Over medium heat, cook beef until browned.
    Add onion, cook until limp.
    Drain and discard fat.
    Mix in chili sauce, water and seasonings.
    Cook, uncovered, stirring often, for 5 minutes.
