Deep Dish Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sliced fresh peaches
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. butter
    pie pastry for one layer
Preparation
    Place peaches in Pam-sprayed baking dish.
    Combine sugar, cinnamon, flour and salt.
    Sprinkle mixture over peaches. Sprinkle on lemon juice and dot with butter.
    Cover filling with prepared pie pastry, rolled thin.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 35 minutes or until peaches are tender.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
