Hot Milk Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put on stove milk, let get hot, not boiling.
    Add butter and let melt.
    Beat eggs well until lemon color and thick; adding sugar, gradually mix well.
    Add flour and baking powder, vanilla and mix well.
    Add milk to mixture and stir well.
    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
