Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 - 32 oz. frozen hash browns
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 c. mozzarella cheese, grated
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 pint whipping cream
Preparation

Butter 9 x 13 glass pan and place potatoes in bottom of pan. Drizzle butter on top. Mix cheeses and put on top of potatoes. Reserve some cheddar for the top.
Pour whipping cream over top. Place remainder of cheddar cheese over top and sprinkle with a little paprika.
Bake uncovered 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 till bubbly and slightly brown.
