Roast-Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    salad oil
    seasoned salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Cut each baking potato into 8 wedges.
    Place potato wedges, cut side down, on the rack of a broiler pan.
    Brush with oil.
    Sprinkle with salt and paprika to taste.
    Broil 3 inches from heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
    Turn to expose the other cut side and brush with oil.
    Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
    Continue to broil until tender, about 5 minutes.
