Beef Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    ketchup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 lb. head of cabbage
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper in large skillet.
    Drain.
    Stir in tomatoes, salt and garlic.
    Simmer for 15 minutes, uncovered; stir frequently.
    Cut cabbage into 6 wedges.
    Cook in a small amount of salted, boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Drain.
