Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    zucchini
    2 to 3 c. cottage cheese
    2 to 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, diced
    1 or 2 eggs, beaten
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
    Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
Preparation
    Parboil zucchini until tender (about 6 minutes if cut in half).
    Cool and scoop out pulp.
    Lightly salt shells, if desired.
