Artichoke Spread(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Drain artichokes and mash with fork.
    Add mayonnaise and cheese. Place in greased baking dish and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Serve hot with crackers.
