Impossible Bacon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon, crispy fried and crumbled
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 10-inch quiche dish or 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pan.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater; pour into pan.
    Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Good for brunch!
