Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic
    1 tbsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1-16 oz. can of tomatoes
    12 ounces tomato paste
    2 eggs
    3 c. Ricotta cheese (cottage cheese may be rinsed)
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 10 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat and remove fat. Add next 5 ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in separate dish beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients (except Mozzarella cheese). Set aside, then cook lasagna noodles until tender. In a 13x9x2 inch pan, arrange a layer of noodles, then 1/2 of cheese mixture, then a layer of Mozzarella cheese, then meat sauce. Repeat, making sure to end with meat sauce on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
