Sausage And Ham Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 hash brown patties, thawed
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 slices American cheese
1/2 roll sausage
3 eggs
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1 c. milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Bake hash browns in pie plate for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and press into bottom of plate and up sides.
Bake 10 minutes.
Remove.
Turn heat to 350\u00b0.
Brown sausage, onion and green pepper.
Drain.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Place sausage mixture in bottom of crust.
Pour milk and egg
mixture on top.
Bake 30 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
