Mushrooms Monterey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. parsley
Preparation
    In a heavy skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until lightly browned (about 2 minutes). Blend sour cream, flour, salt and pepper together and stir into mushrooms until just bubbly. Turn into shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley and bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for about 10 minutes.
