Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. flour
    5 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large saucepan and saute the onions, garlic and celery for five minutes.
    Add flour and blend well.
    Over low heat, add cheese and milk, constantly stirring.
    Heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
