Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 large onion
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 pkg. cornbread stuffing (less 1 c.)
Preparation
    Cook together first 4 ingredients.
    Pour into large baking dish and add remaining ingredients.
    Use 1 cup stuffing mix for topping. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
