Pickles In A Hurry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large cucumbers (narrow ones)
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium sweet onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. celery seed
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. 5% white vinegar
Preparation

Wash cukes; leave on skin, then slice thin.
In a bowl, combine vegetables; sprinkle with salt and celery seed.
Stir gently and allow to stand 1 hour.
Dissolve sugar in vinegar; pour over vegetables and stir to blend.
Cover and refrigerate.
Ready in 2 to 3 days.
