Brown Bag Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can refried beans
    2/3 c. enchilada sauce
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    15 to 20 flour tortillas
    10 oz. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add next 8 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Spoon 4 tablespoons of meat mixture on side of each tortilla. Top with 3 tablespoons cheese. Roll up. Wrap each one in paper towel, then in foil. Heat 1 minute in foil.
