Stuffed Pepper Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 oz. sharp processed American cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cut off tops of green pepper, remove seeds and scallop edges. Precook peppers in boiling salted water 5 minutes and drain.
    For crisp peppers, omit precooking.
    Sprinkle inside of cups generously with salt.
