Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2/3 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan, grated
    3/4 tsp. basil
    6 slices bacon, fried crisp
    6 medium zucchini
    1/3 c. wheat germ
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add mushrooms; cook 5 minutes.
    Cut squash in half lengthwise; scoop out and chop centers.
    Mix chopped squash with everything, except bacon.
    Fill shells; top with bacon.
    Place on cookie sheet; cover with foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
    Serves 12. (Can be made ahead and baked at the last minute.)
