Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. or more cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Add pepper, celery and onion; saute until vegetables are tender.
    Add soup and tomatoes; mix well.
    Pour this mixture over the rice in a shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
